Oops, giveaway number four was delayed by Valentine's Day celebrations! My husband and I went out to a casual restaurant we like, where I had breakfast for dinner -- my favorite! Then my husband suggested that we stop in at JoAnn's since it is in the same shopping center. He even helped me narrow down my fabric choices --
